Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aha 88 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the aha 88 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through aha-88.com (the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on the aha 88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations governing online gambling and gaming activities.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Age Restriction: aha 88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. We employ age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. aha 88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements.
Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by aha 88, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the aha 88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aha 88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aha 88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify aha 88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
aha 88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
aha 88 accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. aha 88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Deposits are generally credited to your aha 88 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. aha 88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be withheld pending completion of KYC procedures.
aha 88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, verification status, and volume of requests. aha 88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the aha 88 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: aha 88 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All transactions are monitored. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
aha 88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the aha 88 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
Each game on the aha 88 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. aha 88 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aha 88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. The decision of aha 88 in such matters is final.
Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant. Players participating in live dealer games agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward dealers and other players at all times.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aha 88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without their explicit consent.
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to aha 88 immediately.
Fraud Prevention: aha 88 employs advanced fraud detection systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided and forfeited. aha 88 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content or intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aha 88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
Without limiting the foregoing, aha 88 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
- Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aha 88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Privacy & Data

Termination
aha 88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Regulatory or legal requirements compelling account closure.
Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to aha 88.
You may close your account at any time by contacting aha 88 customer support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification of your identity.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
aha 88 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operators.
Amendments
aha 88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
For material changes to these Terms, aha 88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
